BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

Kevin Brian Wright was born in Ridgewood, Brooklyn on November 3rd, 1974, he is a romantic poet of English and Scottish Extraction. He always had a great love and appreciation for the literary arts and began writing original works at the age of nine years old. He was educated in a private school, but had no formal training in writing, and he mastered the art and science of poetry by the time he was fourteen.

Wright published his first collection of works, titled “Bid Me Love.” It was highly praised for its matchless romantic currents. His next endeavor, “The Triumphs and Tragedies of Love,” brought him fame as a romantic poet hero with a predominately female fan base, due to his in depth passionate views. However, the romantic symbolic complexity found in Wright’s poems have been deemed the greatest aspect of romance because of their flawless language.

In 2006 Wright published the book, “Theological Immortal Romance” which received outstanding reviews from William McDonald from The American Authors Association, who explains; “Wright is a romantic in the best sense of that word. He captures the divine romance of life through his brilliant prose.” “The N.Y. Examiner headlined with; "Nothing less than brilliant! Wrights work reminds me of Byron with a bit of the idealism of Keats.

He then followed with “The Love Divine” in 2007 which was said to redefine the romantic genre. In the same year he released “A Lover’s Passion” A book which included thirty romantic canto’s and some of the most celebrated love letters. He then published “O’ Blessed Nightingale” a poem written for Queen Elizabeth II and “Sweetly Musing” both of which were highly acclaimed poems of classic poetry. Today he continues writing and publishing an impressive body of work.
